The office was recently updated to include an on-site customer service and rental center powered by StoreEase. As of December 31, 2024 the facility was 70 percent physically occupied with a scheduled rent equating to $10.67/foot.
StorSafe of Port Washington: Located at 3215 Northwoods Rd, Port Washington, WI is a 43,000 square foot facility featuring 246 drive-up and climate-controlled units. There is an on-site office (currently unused) and rentals are made via the on-site kiosk. As of December 31, 2024 the facility was 85 percent physically occupied with a scheduled rent equating to $7.30/foot.

StorSafe of West Bend: Located at 1706 Schmidt Rd, West Bend is a 35,400 square foot facility strategically located in the heart of West Bend. The operation is remotely managed through an on-site rental kiosk and as of December 31, 2024 was 92 percent physically occupied with a scheduled rent equating to $8.27/foot.
