The Self Storage Advisory Team at EquiCap Commercial closed the Storage Holding Portfolio, which has three properties with a combined 686 units and 138,010 net rentable square feet in Wisconsin’s Saukville, Trenton and West Bend. The list price was $7 million and the sales price was $6.925 million. The team handled seven offers; the owner chose an out-of-state buyer.
