EquiCap, Secure Development sell self-storage portfolio in Indiana

The Self Storage Advisory Group at EquiCap Commercial with Secure Development Inc recently closed the sale of SecureHold Storage, a two-property portfolio in Fort Wayne and Auburn, Indiana.
These fully-automated self storage operations feature 503 units, 55,800 net rentable square feet and are well located within their respective towns.
Jesse Luke, managing partner of EquiCap Commercial along with Secure Development Inc represented the seller, a private owner operator.
