MaryAnn Maksinski | VP of Marketing

MaryAnn Maksinski brings over 35 years of marketing leadership to EquiCap Commercial. With extensive experience across both corporate and contract roles, she excels at aligning marketing initiatives with broader business objectives—whether managing a website redesign, spearheading CRM system upgrades, or launching targeted promotions.

MaryAnn’s marketing career began in business-to-business catalog distribution, where she developed a strong foundation in effective targeting and messaging. In 2005, she transitioned to the digital marketing sphere as Director of Marketing at Classified Ventures, supporting brands Cars.com and Apartments.com. In 2017, she joined EquiCap Commercial as Vice President of Marketing, where she continues to apply her structured, strategic, and results-driven approach.

Outside of work, MaryAnn cherishes time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and gardening.
