Jon Hardison is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in investment brokerage, specializing in self-storage and healthcare properties. As a Co-founder and Designated Managing Broker of EquiCap Commercial, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm as a leading self-storage advisory group since its inception in 2015. EquiCap Commercial focuses exclusively on the self-storage sector, offering services such as acquisition and disposition, operations advisory, location analysis, and capital market advisory.

Prior to his tenure at EquiCap Commercial, Jon served as President and Managing Broker at Hardison & Associates, Inc., a position he held for 15 years. His extensive background in brokerage and advisory services has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies. Jon is also a co-founder of Sterling PortCo and VirtuALZ, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation in the real estate industry. Jon’s career reflects a dedication to excellence and a strategic approach to real estate investment, making him a respected figure in the commercial real estate community.
