Jesse Luke | Partner | EquiCap Commercial

Jesse Luke is the co-founder of EquiCap Commercial and head of its Self Storage Advisory Group. He began his brokerage career in 2006 with Marcus & Millichap, later joining Hardison & Associates before launching EquiCap Commercial in 2015. Jesse and the firm focus exclusively on the self storage sector, providing personalized brokerage services and fostering long-term client relationships.

Although Jesse’s focus is primarily the Midwest, he and his team facilitated more than 345 self storage transactions (over $1 Billion in transactional volume), representing both private and institutional clients, throughout the United States. Clients commend Jesse for his integrity, market insight, and commitment to achieving optimal outcomes. One industry leader stated, “Jesse’s dedication and professionalism are refreshing. Outside of work, Jesse and his wife Elizabeth are dedicated parents to their four children. He and his family share a love for travel, food, music, movie nights, and sports.
